Anju brings a rare blend of high-altitude trekking experience and deep wellness expertise to MI Adventures'23. A marathoner, Himalayan trekker, and yoga teacher of over 15 years, she believes that proper preparation — through training, yoga, and breathwork — is the foundation of every safe and fulfilling adventure. Currently pursuing a Master's in Yoga Therapy, she is passionate about helping fellow adventurers build resilience, strength, and mindfulness both on and off the trail.
