How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your AdventureOS account directly from the app:

Open the AdventureOS app and sign in to your account.
Go to Account from the main menu or profile section.
Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
Confirm the deletion prompt when asked.
Your account will be deleted and you will be signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

When deletion is confirmed, we permanently remove your app account data from our backend, including:

Profile details (name, phone, location, medical and emergency info)
Uploaded personal documents and related files
Tour participation and join requests
Workout and training progress
Chat messages related to your account
Other linked app records (for example, Strava-linked app data)

Important to know

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data listed above is removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use AdventureOS again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
