Trail Tales
A trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks was a distinctively memorable experience. Just 31 miles apart, these iconic parks offered diverse landscapes and wide-ranging experiences, making them the perfect duo for an epic Wyoming escape. Towering mountains, vibrant geysers, and abundant wildlife was absolutely phenomenal. A group of 23 motivated people made the trip extremely enjoyable with busy days as it can get.
Grand Teton - Cascade canyon and Taggert lake & Bradley Lake hikes offered glimpse of majestic & rugged terrain of the Grand Teton. Hidden Falls, Inspiration Point and Colter Bay hike offered unparalleled views of the mountain and Jenny and Jackson Lake. Also enjoyed live streaming of Cricket World Cup Final on the go.
Yellowstone - Stepping into a land of bubbling geysers, colorful hot springs, and the iconic Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone is all together a very different experience. Witnessing the power of nature as Old Faithful eruptions at regular intervals, Grand Prismatic overlook, West Thumb, Mammoth hot springs and Norris basin as we explored the vibrant hydrothermal landscapes was definitely a great experience. Every geyser and hot spring had something to offer. While driving to Leadville/Denver, everybody kept wondering and debating in mind which park was better but couldn’t answer the question! Dream of visiting these 2 iconic National Parks came to reality after a long time.
Thank you all for pitching in for coordinating trip, food preparation, maintaining schedule and finally put up with Chalo...Chalooo....Chalooooooo and whistle.
